Perfect minimalist interval timer. You set prep time, workout time and rest time. Then number of cycles. Easy to modify, clear tones, audible signal before next workout interval. Lets your music play in the background.

Great app. Only a couple of small qualms: 1. It is not super obvious how to change the Preparation time between sets, but it is possible. 2. Technically there is an extra second between timer intervals whenever the "-" shows up, so the time is technically not accurate, but you can easily adjust manually to account for this.

I apologize for the inconvenience.I suppose you want to change "The rest between set".If so, please tap the rightmost circle icon in the Tabata area (bottom-right), and it can change the rest between set.It's bad design.The Rest Between sets is "Preparation" for other sets(not first set),Please email me, I'll show you screenshots: mozygle@gmail.com

One of the best interval timers and Tabata apps! Highly recommended! You can create and customise your own multiple workouts. Easy to use with straightforward design Can name exercises, adjust timings and change the sounds to suit. Can view completed workouts in a calendar and add photos to record your progress. You can listen to your own music or audio (e.g Spotify) whilst using the app too. Contains Ads but they don't get on the way too much.
