Frustrating and depressing. "Please increase the distance to the microphone", no I can't I'm using built in microphones in earbuds. Also using "you speak xx% like the native speaker" as the only way of evaluation is seriously eating away at my self worth. Like I'm worth less than native speakers. Western supremacy. It's also very frustrating when one of my pronunciation is marked wrong(red) but I just can't get it to green. There are no suggestions on improvement.

I’m extremely frustrated with this app. I paid for the annual subscription, but it’s been almost a week and the app barely loads! Every page takes forever — sometimes it doesn’t even open at all. My internet is 5G and everything else works perfectly, so the problem is clearly with the app, not my connection. Totally unacceptable for a paid service!

Hello, I really like this app. I've been using it for a while now, and I've noticed that the pronunciation exercises have helped me. I like that they added exercises to strengthen the pronunciation of different sounds. The roleplays are helpful, especially when you're just starting out. But if you want more complex conversations, you can use the free option and choose the topic. I would like them to add nature as a topic of interest.
