Straight forward and easy to use. Absolutely tons of tutors to search through across multiple different preferences. You'll always have a good list to pick from. Very minimal fees for lesson bookings. I was shocked they were so low. Payments are through the site not each individual tutor for security and ease. A multitude of subjects to choose from. Built in chat, video conference, file sharing, etc. Everything you need in the site with no need for external extras unless you want them.

Preply as a service is great, overall the app works well. however there is a fundamental flaw. when trying to take a class on the phone, Bluetooth doesnt work for microphone or speaker. when disconnecting Bluetooth, you can only interact like on a regular call to your ear. there is no speaker phone support to use video. The video calling needs a significant overhaul.

After one of the updates my video is being shown vertical to my teacher even though my phone is in landscape mode. The phone does not have any rotation locks. Pixel 10 Pro. If my phone is playing music/media before joining a class, the app doesn't pause the existing media after I click join. I have to manually pause the music so I can hear the teacher.
