Edit: Link Dev provided immediately reroutes back to the main support page. Link for the contact button doesn't work on the website, so there is no way to even use the chatbot to contact support. On both mobile AND browser versions, across different browsers. In fact, upon inspection the Contact Us button is just a button with no associated function in the code.

Udemy itself is a great service, and I watch videos on my laptop nearly every day. However, I've found the app to be fairly inconvenient to use compared with the website, and, most of the time, I need a computer handy anyway. But the app keeps sending out annoying reminders. Today's alert read, "Did you go off track?" I couldn't find a way to turn this feature off, so I finally uninstalled the app.

I would give at least a 4-star rating for the app, but I have experienced a situation that bothered me a lot. The courses are great, and on PC it works fine, but I had to use my tablet to continue my studies... When I paused the video, and went back a little, the next time I pressed play, it skipped to the next video. So I ended up skipping a few videos without knowing it, and having trouble understanding concepts that were explained on the skipped videos (that I didn't know I had skipped).
