Your new in app notifications are useless . You still need to open the app to have important information on What is happening with each transaction , at bare minimum it should show how much is deposited/spent and by/from who all you see is what type of transaction that's it oh and the app is slow compared to the competitors.

Good products on offer. The cash passport makes currency changing so much easier to do transactions at different destinations with different currencies. It's also safer to carry. I would like our loyalty to be more recognized especially for us Seniors who have been clients for longer than ABSA came into being. Thank you.

Why would this app require facial recognition before it can be used? My camera doesn't work so now I can't use the app, cant authorise any transactions, cant do anything really. Facial recognition should be optional, not enforced. I've never had an issue with ABSA not even a single one, so this is disheartening. After more than 25yrs looks like it's time to switch banks.
