You call clients promising to increase their loan limits, yet when they clear the limit remains the same. When you contact the same number that called you to pay, they DO NOT pick up. This is very unprofessional and unfortunate at the same time. You even sent me a text message that the limit has been increased, yet on the app it is still the same. Kindly rectify this to avoid losing long term customers. Thank you!!

Greats loan app. So honestly, kashway is a good service if youre looking to see what you have available out there for you, and also to get a estimated glance of your credit score. However, when youre looking for an online quote from a certain service, as soon as you complete the form, you will be absolutely relentlessly bombarded with auto dialed calls. This is very inconvenient if you are in a work setting or a place where this is inconvenient. kashway ought to ask for your contact preference first.

👎 and I mean BAD. This app has no safety....anyone can take your phone and apply a loan....payment duration is very smal...they say it's 28days but they start calling you even before a week ends.many phone calls. Another thing...their interest is very high...ie.you take 13,000then you pay 23,000 and some hundreds on top. Can not recommend it to anyone...it's a very bad app. Apply and see...there are some good apps out there....I can vouch for branch
