Ratings and reviews

Be careful when paying via mobile money. Your cash might disappear with no recourse. I paid for items, was charged twice on my mobile money, only for them to not confirm my order. it would have been fine if they'd returned my cash, more than 7k, but they told me i had to deal with their payment provider on my own. refused to even give me a courtesy call. Now it has happened again. Paid for items worth over 4k. no shipping/updates. Customer service has refused to engage with me. Money lost.

PRO. User friendly app and you get to see what you want to order in different angles,. CONs: Inaccurate ratings for some items the incentive for 'coins for a rating' leads to overrating of products. Delivery is too slow and there's no real-time tracking for goods ordered.

the app is good and has relatively affordable products but what I find disappointing is the app still not having a door delivery option in 2025. some of us don't have time to be going to the pick-up stations each and every time we make an order in the app. please add that option and maybe, you'll get a 5 star from me
