They have bad customer services. I made an order for over a month, and paid online till today they have not contacted me since I called and send message to them but no response.....my money and product is still with them......Kilimall is like the worst online customer service I have seen.I am disappointed...... I use Jumia and others and I never had issues like this
They really need to strengthen their customers care services, and same time work on their delivery time. It takes too much time to ship products and no good info in terms of tracking orders. They have a lot work to do compare to jumia and konga.
I really loved it, I ordered a couple of things and they came in perfect condition and also quite fast. I was more than pleased with the quality of the products I got, which were at an amazing price range
This app has less product also the things they have are too much expensive for Uganda (I know the currency in Uganda is low)
It's beyond my country collection s that's why I love the app eg. I found phone I couldn't find in JUMIA app and konga app Thank It's great keep it up.
