I never get back your returned goods ..money lost
I have always loved shopping at kilimall. One thing i don't like with the new update, when i search a product i dont get what im searching for, i get other products mixed with what im searching. It takes time to get what i want. Please fix that.
I've always used kilimall and it has always worjed. I love it. But your app is not that good. Im trying to change a shoe size that I'm trying to buy, but it keeps loading and loading. But i changed on chrome. So this app needs an upgrade
They have the worst customer service, they don't help you at all. Shopping here is the worst idea you can have they just rob you of your money and refuse to pick your calls when you inquire about your product!!!!
am still waiting for my order to be delivered its already in the country am wondering whats taking you people so long to deliver the order alreay called the CS and they aint helping...
A good range of quality products but I only have two questions. Do you the increase price on the imported product and the delivery of the product?
