The app was amazing it has been for a long time but lately it's seriously slow, it won't load items or allow scrolling upward for more details on a item. I mean, it's just frustrating and disappointing. Fix it

It is all fun and games until they deliver your items to their own destinations. Kilimall delivered my item to a wrong destination and then proceeded to demand that I pay G4S to deliver it to me. Worst experience and my last shopping with them because this is the second time! I have also uninstalled the app. And unfortunately, there is no option for attachments. I would have uploaded screenshots of how pathetic their customer service is.🚮

The updated version is boring you cannot select an item on flash sale even when the time has reached until you go back and start over so it updates on the picked staff. That means you can only get one item or even miss the item itself because its responsiveness is so low takes a lot of time to make an order even on a stable internet connection. Return the old version of 2021
