I really wish I went through the reviews before I downloaded this app. Not only do you have a low credit limit but the 50k you loaned me can't be transferred to my bank account due to 'verification' issues. What nonsense. I have contacted your customer care line and you told me it would be resolved within 24 hrs and it's well past that. How would say I'm owing you when you don't even want to give me the money. That's theft!!

I have borrowed loans from the Branch app multiple times and have always made my repayments on time. However, my loan limit has still not been increased. The app works fine, but it’s disappointing that despite being a regular and responsible customer, my limit hasn’t been raised. Kindly review my profile and consider increasing my limit.
