SCAMMERS!!! Do Not Open an account here! they have a secret hidden charge called debit interest fees, started out of nowhere! they charged $325AED and said it was debit interest. it's been 3 weeks fighting with them. I was promised the funds will be returned by 3 separate reps. the 3rd one said no one put a refund request, and I've been told 7 days, then to 10 days, and now 15 days to see the refund. I give up & closing this account.

Same as the others. Won't allow me to log in. I uninstalled it and now it won't even install again. Unbelievable. Edit: Today (24 December 2021) I was able to reinstall and sign into the app. I was still unable to do so 2 weeks ago, so this appears to be a recent fix. However, the app seems to working fine with enhanced security features.

Debit card doesn't appear on the app since long while I'm outside UAE and card control options were closed for my protection while being abroad and now since a month I'm not able to use my debit card because i can't control it from app, this is frustrating me i have no access to my money, emailed at your service with no response.
