I will gladly change to 5 stars if I can get a response acknowledging the issue or at least an email. I've put more than $100 into this game because I enjoy it so much. But starting 2 weeks ago I started getting booted from games halfway through. It would be fine if it wasn't effecting my win rates. I've reported my logs more than 4 times. I've considered if it's hackers because 3/4 times it's when my team is winning, which is why I'd at least like the problem acknowledged.

Pros: 1. The style of the game is amazing. 2. Heros are good and well as maps. Cons: 1. The performance of the game is bad. Thanks to C#. 2. There are many errors where you wanna go through a tiny or wider space and can't, you feel like you are being pushed backwards. For a fast paced high precision game like this, it's a huge problem. 3. Too much ads and pop ups, stop showing me goddamn ads after each game, if I wanna buy something I will go to the shop.

Bullet Echo is a fun game at times, but it definitely has problems. First, it feels heavily pay to win. It doesn't matter how many hours you have in this game, as long as someone else puts more money into this game than you, they automatically are better. Second, things feel extremely unfair. I constantly be put against people who are more than two times the level I am, and I constantly be put on a tema who are way below my level. It's incredibly infuriating to put up with constantly.
