※ Excluding the equipment specification information, the rest of the information can be checked only for Hi MATE applied equipment.
2. Remote start and climate control
- Through the equipment remote control service, you can turn on/off the engine and adjust the indoor temperature of the equipment.
※ Only devices subject to remote control support can use this service.
3. Control detailed settings
- It is possible to set the remote start duration and operation of the beacon lamp/running buzzer.
※ Precautions: The beacon lamp and driving buzzer operation during remote start are for safety purposes and to give a warning to the surroundings. Please note that the user is responsible for any problems caused by disabling the warning.
4. Equipment sharing
- If a user other than the owner of the equipment operates the equipment, the owner of the equipment may share the equipment with the operator.
- Drivers who have shared equipment can use services such as remote control, vehicle account book, and work log through the Hyundai Connect app.
※ One device can only be shared by one person, and the owner of the device can share or cancel the device at any time.
5. Find equipment location
- You can check not only the current location of the device you are using, but also the location for the last 5 days on Google Maps.
- You can understand the movement route by saving the location where the equipment stayed in chronological order.
6. Car account book and work log
- You can record the details of expenditure and working hours for equipment refueling or maintenance by date on the calendar, and manage the total details in units of weeks/months/years.
- You can record expenditure details and work hours for shared equipment as well as your own equipment, and the recorded contents can be shared with the owner with consent.
7. A/S reception
- In case of equipment failure, you can apply for service to the A/S center through the app and check the handling procedure until the service is completed.
- For Hi MATE equipment, failure information is linked with the app, and a failure code is automatically entered when receiving A/S.
8. Parts information guide and manual
- You can inquire detailed information such as the price of parts, inventory status by agency, manual, etc., and request a quote from a nearby agency through the steaming function.
9. Find dealers and A/S centers
- You can check the exact location (address), contact number, and e-mail address of dealers and A/S centers by region.
10. Brand Promotion
- You can check news and event information about HD Hyundai Construction Equipment.
11. Equipment Information
- Even if you do not own equipment, you can check all of HD Hyundai Construction Equipment equipment through the Hyundai Connect app.
12. Manage my information
- You can check and modify your account information and provide a logout function.
13. PUSH notifications
- Push notification ON/OFF can be set, and notification messages such as control history inquiry and breakdown/consumables can be checked.
