worked great for 4 months. came January 1st and withdrawals are not processing no responses from support. not even an acknowledgement that they received my query. I got over 10 withdrawal that aren't processing. I send 2 emails a day to support and still doesn't get anything back. support is a series of pre recorded message asking to not cancel and to wait. The good old trick of " the check is in the mail" don't spend money you'll never even breakeven before they send you on a forever chase

It has been several days and this application has not processed my payout. I believe this application may be fake. I purchased a plan in this app, but it does not provide any payout, nor does it show a transaction ID to track the request. For the past two months, the app has been showing the payout as “processing,” and it does not allow me to cancel the payout either. I have emailed them multiple times regarding the payout issue, but I have not received any response.

update january5, 2026 : it has been 1 year and 3 of my withdraws are still processing. This app has become a scam. Your updates are useless and are very frustrating, slowing down the process so bad that takes 4 steps just to start the mining...too many ad and promo pop ups,...etc. I'm planning to quit some time soon...older versions were way better and faster.
