I wanted to report a recurring issue with the video player. Often, after fast-forwarding a few times, the video freezes and won't stop loading. This has been happening for a while, and I'm still encountering it after the most recent update. Having to close and reopen the video is pretty frustrating. Could you please look into a fix? Thanks!

The worst service ever. They charged every month but couldn't watch any single contents. Reached out to their customer service multiple times but not a single time I received any response and the issue stayed unresolved. Tried to Unsubscribe from the Zee5 website, doesn't change the plan even after clicking Cancel Plan. I want to remove my credit card from the account, it doesn't even have that option. At this point, this can easily be called scam.

Very unstable TV app. Horrible experience watching ZEE5 on smart TV. I paid for a month's subscription to watch a movie but the experience was so horrible that I do not think I will even open this app again. Why do such horrible platforms buy good movies? Issues : Video fast forward keeps loading and if load fails, all forward progress is lost. Buffering too much while other platforms work fine.
