Overall, I have loved this app. The stories are great and you can read most of them for free. The stories are very interesting and you can go back and reread. The only thing I would warn against is their "Treasure Hunt" feature. This is supposed to allow you to earn coins to read certain episodes. I have seen this on other apps and used it quite frequently. But here I hardly ever receive the reward when completing tasks. The help desk just tells you did something wrong and doesn't fix anything.

Love the app, but recently there's an update that adds this preview right next to the episodes whenever I tap on a webtoon. When I want to scroll down the episodes, it keeps swiping to the preview. It's very annoying. I liked it better when there was no preview. Afterall, the preview is just the first few panels of the first episode, I could just tap on the first episode if I wanted to check it out. However, if you could add a scroll button or smth, that would be nice.

I've been on this app for years, and the addition of pop-up after I've finished episode, always more not so useful features (preview and recommendation sections, which we can find elsewhere, the section "my series" showing only the comics I've opened recently, making me miss the return episode of series on hiatus...) make it difficult to use. Plus some features are being deleted which is annoying, like the ability to downloads series properly (only one episode isn't useful). Please do better.
