It just says, "Something went wrong" and gives the button to refresh. I tap the button, and it immediately does the same thing again. Tried what support said to do, didn't fix it. They wanted me to give my ID, but I can't even get that since even the profile tab does the "Something went wrong"

Absolute SCAM!!!! This app is hogwash, absolute unmitigated nonsense. For your good, don't touch this app with a 10-foot pole. It is built by people who are trying to appear legitimate in order to collect your money. They want you to buy some nonsense glasses in order to withdraw your earnings... which will then be impossible after you've bought the glasses. Personally, I didn't get to the point of buying the glasses; just knew it was a scam app the instant I launched the app.
