Convenient, but extremely buggy. Something is up with the loading process. When I click customer orders or tracking info, the app takes me back to the order screen. This keeps happening until the app crashes. I have to use workarounds or desktop to access features that don't work with the app.

I have had this app for the last 3 or 4 years and loved until recently. I'm not sure if there was an update that is prohibiting notifications but I have never had this issue before and all notifications are turned on. Also, my products are no longer syncing to social media platforms for tagging which is incredibly frustrating! If someone could please provide feedback on the issue with notifications not working I would greatly appreciate it. I just uninstalled and reinstalled.

For anyone who is having the "Check your internet connection" or "Something went wrong" error after recent updates, I was able to solve the problem by logging out of the app, uninstalling it from my phone, and then reinstalling it and logging back in. Haven't had any issues since doing that, but it's only been a few hours. Hopefully this fixes things permanently because it was becoming quite annoying!
