Ratings and reviews

Very hard to find my account and past purchases. Should be a tab next to all the other tabs. Instead it's a circle at top right corner that I can ONLY find if I close and reopen the app😮‍💨 Plus, When I place several of the same items in my cart. It says I have one item in my cart. Kind of goofy. Don't any of the developers use the app. They might spot these errors if they did.

Having to keep adding what country I'm looking for shops in with each and every search is tiresome. It used to remember with each session, but now every time I enter different keywords and try searching for an item again, I have to keep selecting the country I'm looking for stores in each and every time. I have also dropped off stars because of Etsy reportedly withholding earned money from the merchants using it.

Fantastic selection of items. My go-to site for gifts! Personalisation options are a bonus on a lot of products. The site is easy to navigate and contacting individual sellers is straightforward. Order confirmations and emails are received quickly. Delivery is always punctual. Great for inspiration too - whether for gifts or ideas around the home. Highly recommend! 👌🏻
