Scam!!! my second review!!! i had to delete the previous one to be able to post this 2nd one. You replied to my first review asking me to email your support. I did exactly that, sent the requested Ticket ID (LUC-847291), and over a month later I've received no reply. Your app advertised a free trial, but I was charged for a full year immediately. Your public reply was just for show. If this isn't resolved, I'll keep commenting!

I've been getting errors when using the app and disconnecting from chat for two weeks straight. I contacted the support department three times, but no one answered.

Am not sure why I was asked few questions and next was for me to give 5 Star. even when I couldn't get to the learning page. and the 5 star is not even optional is like a must before I can click on continue. I don't even know what am giving 5 Star for.
