Kind of disappointing.. I went to renew my license + my picture. However the staff told me that I can only renew licence n not the picture.. the pic old already n yet I need to use that one forever? Duhh.. I know nowadays it has a digital.. but for me, it totally waste of time n so disappointed when need to scan at specific place to take a number, n have a long queue but end up I need to see my old pic?? (Idk maybe the problem was the staff due to lazy? suggest: make a feature for appointment)

Using vivo phone can't detect location after numerous time reset, restart and reinstal But when use with my old Samsung, it works on the 1st try Suspect the developer required the apps to access location all time even when the app not in use. But latest Android version only allow the apps access location while in use and not all time. The developer should allow user to choose location rather the relying on hardware location

I'd give negative stars if I could. Absolute nonsense with no respect for people's time. Do you know what an actual 8-5 is? The answer must be "no" because otherwise there would have been a fix or mitigation to the simple, dumb problem that this app simply COULD NOT DETECT MY LOCATION even after resets and uninstalls. Your tech is unreliable. If tech is unreliable you set up other ways that are guaranteed to work like LETTING US SELECT LOCATION MANUALLY or JUST HAVE US SCAN A SIMPLE QR. Dumb.
