Ratings and reviews

I don't criticize people's business often, but they have the worst customer service ever, I added money into the account, all of the sudden I can't withdraw/transfer my money, it's showing "problem verifing identity" account I have been using since, I reported the issue to their customer service both via the app and email, I have been waiting for response for the pass 9hrs up-till now I'm yet to receive a response from them, if it was an emergency now I wouldn't be able to access my own money

I paid my full loan, yet the Branch app still showed it as unpaid. Then my limit dropped to ₹1500, and now it says I’m not eligible for any loan. This is the second time earlier they blocked me for 170 days, and now again for 14 days.Their customer service is useless, only sending automated replies with no real help. I always pay on time, but they keep reducing my limit for no reason. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Not a trustworthy app at all.

I logged in into my app ,have some money left, wanted to buy airtime, next thing is verification issues, wrote to customer care in app , no response for more than 2days then I proceeded to write them on email yet no response and is more than 24hrs, poor customer service, please fix the issue
