I tried multiple times to open an account throug app.Each time I successfully uploaded documents & completed OTP verification,but at the final step I always receive the same message “Sorry!We can’t offer you an account at this time.” no explanation, no guidance,no support to understand what went wrong.Repeating the same process many times is frustrating & wastes customers’ time If Mashreq is not offering accounts to certain profiles/nationalities this should be communicated clearly

Problems upon problems. I was excited at first as it was my first bank account but my excitement did not last long. after a year they charged mu unjustly claiming I had spent money that didn't deduct from my card. Therefore, I had to pay them a sum of around 300 which is not only silly but impossible. considering I was out of the country around the time this happened. their customer service is also non existent as well, making sure that I could never speak to a single person to solve this issue.

Worst experience ever had. Explanation. as I'm trying to re Activate my account of mashreq Neo and I have recently got a new card too but it has been 3 weeks I'm trying to communicate with customers care service person every day they say's will fix it soon will call you to assist but nothing happened. can you imagine 3 weeks trying of activating your account and still not activated.its so frustrating. your
