I’ve been using this app for a few months now and the convenience is unmatched. Opening my account was completely paperless and took less than 10 minutes using just my Emirates ID. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank The card is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, yet I ALREADY RECEIVED an OTP MESSAGE BEFORE EVEN RECEIVING THE CARD, which is very concerning. Trying to reach customer service was frustrating due to automated responses. When I did, they advised me to replace the card, but then said they are currently facing a system issue and cannot process a replacement at the moment. I was told someone would contact me within 3 days to issue a new card
