It's a bit buggy, I had to repeat same things before it could save the details needed. Interface is a bit slow, maybe you can also do something regarding this. I also tried updating my address, but this could be because my account is new, but I wanted to add more details to it. It only shows "Cancel" button and can't press the "save changes". I'll def change the review once these are fixed.

It’s really disappointing service. Amounts are getting deducted automatically without any proper reason. When trying to contact customer care, there’s no proper support — only an AI voice keeps talking and wasting time by repeatedly asking for debit card and credit card details, which feels unsafe and suspicious. I honestly don’t understand why they are handling customers like this.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank The card is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, yet I ALREADY RECEIVED an OTP MESSAGE BEFORE EVEN RECEIVING THE CARD, which is very concerning. Trying to reach customer service was frustrating due to automated responses. When I did, they advised me to replace the card, but then said they are currently facing a system issue and cannot process a replacement at the moment. I was told someone would contact me within 3 days to issue a new card
