Nice concept and pay outs but I can only get to the end of about 20-30% of my surveys without the app freezing or randomly opening another page in the app and losing my progress and getting 0 points. I know I am not accidentally clicking on something to take me away from the survey, I'm very careful about what I click because this is so common. Also clicking the next button twice causes it to crash, you have to be careful not to accidentally double tap. Im tired of losing my progress.

I just recently installed the app, the features were great and easy to navigate. But I've not been able to redeem my points the feature is not just working, I tried reaching out to the support team but it's saying error. I'll be glad if this is resolved

My biggest problem are the disappearing surveys. I open the app and it shows me two surveys, I click on one and all I get is "thank you for your time". No questions or anything at all, no 5 points for not qualifying. When I go back to main page there are no more surveys, both are gone, that happens more often than me actually being able to do surveys at all or getting 5 points for not being the right person for a survey. Very frustrating. Also the app loads very very very very slowly.
