Ride wherever you need

Use OTAXI to request rides anywhere in Muscat in just a few taps.
Open the app, select the pick up and the destination point, choose the preferred service class and the payment method. Tap ‘Request a ride’ and your driver will arrive in minutes.

Track your ride’s status

With 'OTaxi' you can see the car’s dispatch time, the driver’s route, and the car’s current location as an icon on the map in real time. You will know exactly when the driver will arrive as well as the time to destination.

Feel safe every time you ride

Learn more about your driver before the ride. Check out the driver’s name and rating, as well as the car number and color.
You can call your driver or send a message via chat, using any language you’re comfortable with - it will be translated automatically.

Feel comfortable with a female driver

You can choose OFemale service class in the app and get a ride with a female driver

Ratings and reviews

Old version was working very well.. what's new with this upgrade.. it seems like it's a downgrade from the previous one which I had no problem with before. It does not automatically locate your pick up point unlike the previous version that it does without a problem.. and it's also written in Arabic,. How would we understand if its the exact location or not. I honestly would have kept and preferred the old one.. than this downgraded version.

Not happy at all. - OTP for the app doesn't usually arrive. - Web booking doesn't work because the code doesn't arrive. - The service line is not responding. - The app doesn't function well and often gets stuck with a loading 'request' button. Might work for a while if the device is restarted, but just for a while. - Your drivers overcharge compared to what the app suggests, if an Otaxi is picked from the street without an order in the app, despite the claims of having consistent pricing.

This is by far the worst app I've ever encountered. The app can't even set the place i want to go to and keeps giving me random locations even after i made sure to set my drop off location. With high prices like if you didn't pay attention you will end up somewhere far from where you want to go to and pay much more money.
