This app will help you learn how to become a more athletic finisher in any situation! The workouts in this app switch between weight room training and training on the court. After completing this program you should be able to take it to the basket and finish with athleticism, body control, and confidence. This program will help you develop "hang time" and body control so that you are able to finish over and around defenders.
