Ratings and reviews

Smooth experience, attractive UI and easy booking. What else should be expected from an airline booking app. Going to use it frequently for future ticket bookings too. Would love to see updates on app for further improvements. Are you going to add frequent flyer leverages?

App itself is good. But AirSial's policy to verify credit/debit card (in online bookings) is a complete nonsense. This outdated mindset kills the essence of digitization. AirSial! you are not a Bank, nor a Court; your concern is only to get money for ticket, not to deliver justice. In case of cash bookings, why don't you verify the source of income?

Airsial has a very good service at KHI airport. they gave me 12 kg extra weight without any fees. So we should appreciate this customer friendly service. great.
