The worst customer experience ever, I booked my flight 6 months before travel date, flight time got changed many times, finally they cancelled the flight. now I have to book another flight with double the price and the funny part is they don't give you alternative flight options just canceling and even they don't allow you to request refunding except after the travel date not before; so they are keeping the money for more than 6 months and not giving back even when they confirmed flight cancelin

⚠️ WARNING: Stay away from Kuwait Airways! ⚠️ I contacted them a week ago to confirm my flight scheduled for May 22nd — they assured me it was on time. Today I discovered they CANCELLED my flight without any notification whatsoever. The worst part? They are currently operating daily flights and the airport is fully functional. There was absolutely no reason for this cancellation. As a result, I had to book another ticket with the triple price of the original price.

Unfortunately bad experience ... booking flights is easy but Refund system is not good and complicated , Very difficult to get your money back and if you get it, after suffering, it will be significantly deducted.
