Ratings and reviews

Hello, on both the app and the website, you cannot save changes on passenger information. Even though I entered my nationality and passport issuing country correctly, when I view my booking they are both wrong and I am unable to change them. Please help.

Had a very bad experience with Oasis Club, Kuwait Airways. I had to book an urgent ticket. I had miles in my Oasis account but i needed a few extra. So i bought from oasis website. But they didn't add to my account. Whats the point in not adding the miles in time. I missed my booking😥😥.I even called the helpline before booking, and they asked me to buy miles online . But the miles were never added. I even remember the name of help line guys ( Mr.Taha and Mr.Yousaf)

Unable to update DOB. We are flying in April and i wanted to update our details. My son is born in 2016 and daughter is 2018. The years only go up to 2011 on the app. The airlines has all the information of the travellers.
