Why are/were people so positive about this app? It is NOT adequate..it is again (like the mobile website) slow to open. The menu is too simplistic..i cannot see more of my Guest account than the most recent activities..and what happened to the possibility of seat re-selection..pick a seat ? It used to have that in the manage a booking..now nothing Forget it..so NOT worth taking up space in my device.. Also I still need 2find on the too simplistic menu where I scan passport as was promised in the first edition of the app.. I JUST WANT GOOD WEBSITES !
Tried to download to phone twice. Both times gets to 98% then stops. Website crashes when trying to book flights through browser on phone, thought downloading app would solve this. Instead even more frustrated. There's no point in spending your money on TV advertising if you can't get the basics right
Good as it is...but very limited functionality. Doesn't even support seat selection or passport scanning as they advertise in their screenshots
Crashes when I try to add booking so can't add miles or points. No response from customer service when I emailed. Very disappointed as I love flying with Etihad.
Keeps giving me the wrong Terminal number. Very unreliable, almost missed my flight
Get error everytime I try to look at priority list and can never get my boarding pass
