it won't even let me create an account in the app, I keep clicking on Create Account and nothing happens. it's been months of me trying to get this app to work. in the meantime I've gotten emails about my itinerary changing about 5 times but I can't directly log in to view the latest itinerary without having to use my confirmation code each time because of the buggy app.

App cycles more than it functions. Refresh rate is poor even with the best internet connection. Adding extras is always a trouble payment doesnt go through and ends in errors. The payment doesnt reflect in their system. I had to pay for bags on the website and at the checkin counter because the system doesnt reflect the payment. Horrible experience !

Slow and sluggish app. Even worse is the fact there does not seem to be any way to switch to USD for when checking prices. Shows up in AED everywhere. I consider myself pretty tech savvy and looked over for a simple option to switch currencies and couldn't find it. Not on the app and not on the webpage either.
