I have one plus 10t 5g mobile I am also facing a lot of problems with my premium subscription. The application is not working properly and customer support is also not available. There is no contact with their team.

This device does not work properly. It's as if the develop locks you out intentionally. The app should be able to stop someone from attaching to your service and locate the hackers who are attached to your phone.

I love this app!! There are many cool and useful features embedded in this app, but the one that really caught my attention is the "fake" tiles. If your device is ever stolen, the theif usually always disables location, wifi, data, etc. so you are not able to track your device. Little do they know location, wifi, data are still working just fine, and you(the rightful owner) are still able to track, locate and recover the stolen device so it can be returned to its rightful owner. Clever!
