Ratings and reviews

Don't know what happened to this app, but you used to be able to do a "Basic Cleaning" as part of being a free member. Now, apparently you have to have a Pro membership for advanced cleanings. And it now wants full control over all my files and apps. Response to Developer: Which is exactly why I deleted it and don't recommend it. I've used it for years until now you've not let customers decide whether they want to pay for a "Pro" subscription.

CAUTION: REQUEST USERS NOT TO USE THIS APP I recently used CCleaner to clear cache. I know for sure I didn't select "Data" to be deleted but noticed something strange that the "Visible Cache" was around 40 GB. I know few games keeps >1GB of cache so I assumed it was that & cleared it only to find out later that it deleted my entire Gallery, all the photos, videos & everything else that was in the gallery because all those data were copied from my old phone which had 9+ year old data as well :(

Mixed Review. I purchased my CCLeaner Pro from what I thought was an Authorized Dealer. Unfortunately for me it wasn't Authorized. I was using the product for approximately 2 months it was my third year. I found out the hard way when I reached out to CCleaner Support. They told me I wasn't eligible for the 24 hour tech support. The app accepted my License Key. However, I guess many other apps did too. I gave CCleaner all the contact info I had on the pirate who sold many Keys repeatedly. No go!
