The game itself is enjoyable, but repetitive. It was promoted as working offline, if you want to be able to play, you need to be offline, otherwise you'll be pestered by a barrage of ads left and right, despite having to watch ads to feed the fish in the aquarium and open golden chests, just too many ads, it's excessive. The gameplay becomes incredibly cumbersome after a while, at one point, the 2 star fish needed to use as bait become incredibly scarce, while the 1 star fish are as abundant as ever and only get in the way. All items are consumables, even those that have no reason to be, like line weights, those should be a permanent upgrade, like the boats and characters. The re-spawn rate could be tweaked, after you finish clearing the top later of trash fish and is able to get you hook deeper without having to rely on luck, the top layer starts to spawn new fish, and at some point you are unable to properly find appropriate fish to use as bait, forcing you to buy expensive bait that will get eaten by the trash fish in the surface. The upgrades aren't very well balanced, only the boat and character gives a sense of progression, but are easily maxed out early in the game, leaving the player with very little to progress, the fishing rod upgrades are similar. There should be a better matching of upgrades and the areas the player has access to, perhaps more upgrades but with less dramatic effects, spread throughout the areas, different fishing rods with different effects, and please reduce the number of trash fish in further areas, they only get in the way and makes the game annoying after some point. Regarding some ads. there are some insidious ads where you need to wait, then tap on some ridiculously tiny button (on phones with round corners those buttons are almost hidden), only to have to wait again to be able to close the ad, making people waste their time. The developer of the game may not have control over exactly what ads are shown, but they have control over the fact that ads are shown and what ad network is used, at the end of the day, the developer is the one responsible for the ads shown to the users, do something about it, they way it is now is disrespectful of the users.

2 good things about the game are graphic and sound designs. Other than that game is not that good, it's annoying trying to catch higher tier fish, progress is barely noticeable, and gameplay overall is not calming as it should be in this kind of game. And when you start every second fish you catch gives you annoying pop up with ad (fishing rod not high enough lvl, watch ad). Wouldn't recommend.

It really is an amazing game, it's both challenging and relaxing. The ad reward system is excellent, it's also a great combination of grinding and idle gaming with options to keep what you catch in a fish tank that earns you in game currency and you can sell what you catch. Great overall game. Edit: I lowered from 5 to 4 over the whole fish summoning thing, don't waste your money, the fish appears nowhere near you, and it's impossible to find, adds stress to the game.
