Thus app was recommended to me by Europcar when i rented a fully electric car in Portugal. In 30 minutes I was able to make an account, put money on the account with a credit card payment and charge the electric car on a public chargers. During a week I used multiple public chargers, with only the app, so without the use of an Rfid card. The map with public chargers was also really usefull. Also you have the option to group multiple charges on one bill. So yes, very satisfied.

Poor app. Only portuguese cards work even though it says it accepts mastercard and visa. Euro 70 deducted from my bank account and then my account was blocked because I was using mastercard. They also take about 20% of the money which is insane. No live customer support so who do I speak to about my refund? The government should have stations where you pay with a card not an app that works with portuguese cards only to make money out of you.

Worst experience ever!!! Mobile phone number verification process not working! Getting no sms and then blocking cause of too many attempts. Not able to charge or get the suppid non-physical card to charge. No support to call. What is going on with you? Lost
