About this app

State Services.Dom is a multifunctional free application for solving housing and communal issues. The service is created on the basis of the GIS housing and communal services and includes all the useful functions of the system. Log in through your verified State Services account and your property will be uploaded automatically.

Using the application, users can:
— send data to all meters and pay for them in one application;
— submit applications to the management organization and promptly receive a response;
— communicate with neighbors in official house chats and solve problems at home together;
— participate in legally significant house-wide meetings online;
— check whether all services are provided by the management organization;
— control the annual reporting of the management organization;
— learn news about planned work and emergency situations in the house in real time;
— order verification of meters in an accredited laboratory;
— take out insurance to protect the apartment;
— view CCTV cameras and control the barrier or gate.

We are waiting more functional for apartment blocks. payment of receipts, general meetings.

Удобно, что не нужно подавать показания и платить в 3+ разных приложениях. Но приложение сырое, некоторые страницы грузятся вечность (секунд 5-10), в сравнении со всеми остальными приложениями. Не могу оплатить одним платежом за все счета, нужно платить за каждый по-отдельности. Нет автоплатежа. И не докопка к приложению, но подавать показания вручную каждый месяц? Удивлён, что ещё подача показаний с счётчиков не происходит автоматически.
