EDIT: still no solution! Lost account! Sent many payment records, pictures as requested, and NOTHING!!! Total LACK OF RESPECT! Old review below: The support is HORRIBLE! I've lost my account for like a week and going for a second week soon, and it happened after an update! Not only me, by the way. Some players and I are totally lost and missing lots of events, and even money due to that. Lack of respect. I can review that in a better way if they fix it soon and compensate for all the loss. Sad.

HONESTLY there are TOO MANY popups every time starting the game, that I kinda lose interest in actually playing it. Also the prices are way too high. But I liked the design of the game and the music is lovely too. But as said before. My interest stops as soon as I have to click the endless popups away. That's a pity because I think the game has potential.

Repetitive and lacking customer service. While I have played this for a year or so, all of the new events are just re-skinned old events. When you do run into issues with gameplay, support is designed to be difficult submit reports. Then you are likely to just get a form letter response without any actual investigation or resolution. It's an okay time waster, but within a month you will be falling way behind even with grinding, unless you are willing to spend a lot of money.
