I love artifex mundi games. But this one suffers from the problems, many time travel books/movies have: the falling apart of any story line. It ends up with tons of random search games popping up in different time zones, making no sense story wise at all. So sadly it got boring and even annoying pretty fast. I still played it through because I love the graphics and the beautiful sceneries. But so far the least good artifex mundi series I have played.

This is a wonderful game particularly if you play on mobile. The HOGs are for the most part well lit and there is a handy zoom function for finding smaller objects. There's even a mini game option if you can't find an item. The artwork is lovely and varied and the voice acting is good. The mini games have originality and range from easy to difficult. The story is engaging and the atmospheric music well done. For me, this game checks all the boxes and worth the time.

Cute story and time travel. The puzzles didn't have explanation on what to do, it was a lot of trial and error. Mostly had to look for the exclamation point (!) to see what needs to be done on the time travel device.
