Gs Fit is a health app that needs to be used with our watch.
Main functions include health data display and smart device management assistant.
Functions include heart rate, sleep time, step counting, calorie monitoring, alarm clock, sedentary time, incoming call and message reminders, etc. The heart rate, blood oxygen and other detection functions of this application are not suitable for medical purposes (the watch device used is used for measurement, the sensor model is DB1688) and are for reference only. Designed for general fitness and health purposes only.

The app is fairly simple really, quite easy to use. Design and layout are nice looking and easy to understand. App connects pretty quickly to device. All in all I would say that the developers have done a great job accomplishing a smooth seemless syncing process. Also the app has a multitude of faces/dials to choose to sync to your device or you can craft your own and sync it as well. The 1 thing I don't care for, app doesn't stay connected to watch & I have to manually connect.

Unfortunately I was trying to not spend a lot of money on another watch. But I guess you get what you pay for. It suppose to have all these features but the text & whatsapp messages and calls are not coming to the watch. Probably part of it is because the watch won't stay connected to the phone half the time. I did my workout this morning, the heart rate monitor stayed at 85 for most of the workout and 106 a small part of it but actually should have been much higher. So there's that.

Experience is alright, don't expect the health diagnostics to work. It's merits are that the battery life is phenomenal and the buttons work perfectly well. However, my S9 gets ahead of actual time by about 20 seconds a day. This is unacceptable because I literally cannot tell the time accurately without syncing my phone and watch every day or so. Please fix this immediately.
