Ratings and reviews

Finally, a call recorder that actually works and records both sides of the phone conversation. No thanks to Google stupid policies, to take away my right to make records of my phone calls. Especially since the state I live in, it is completely legal. It's so nice to have the ability to relisten to a conversation and make sure I heard the directions, instructions, etc. correctly. It's not uncommon for businesses to practice recording phone conversations and claim it's for training purposes.

When I first installed it, it did exactly what I needed. Recorded calls and allowed ready access to the files. Then, I don't know if there was an update, but now I can't hear the other caller in the recording. I have updated it, uninstalled it and reinstalled it, I have verified permissions, and I sent a support ticket. Never heard anything from the support staff, and nothing I did fixed the problem. I am giving up on this program and searching for a new solution

This used to be great, but now it's worthless. I'm constantly being told the app connector is disabled, despite it not being so. No method to restore it to functionality works. Awful app. Update: I've contacted you and yet still nothing but issues. Constant malfunctions. Like Protonmail and other apps and services, it's gone downhill, quality halved or worse etc. Very sad.
