I have tried to connect with 5 different android phones. All find the heater (heater found message). Then it notify could not connect. The error message is useless as it does not say why it cannot connect. It could say... Location services is not active / could not find wifi network... Or something useful.

As usual would be 0 stars if possible. QR scanner seems to try to use the lowest possible resolution of the camera as it is too blurry to work, manual input gives same result as others "heater found" then "cannot connect" absolute garbage and heaters getting returned, will advise all to stay away.

The app freezes up after connecting to the heater initially. Unable to select WiFi network. So the app is essentially useless and this fancy heater a waste of money.

Hi Ian, Sorry you had issues in connecting your Dimplex Wifi heater. The app requires Location Services to be enabled to view any Wifi networks available.
