It's ok. Nothing special. The thing that bothers me it's that it doesnt show you the location or the status of your parcel, unlike some other services apps. But i mean, it's alright. Atleast it shows you how long it would take(an estimation that can change. Which is really annoying sometimes. But i mean, can't do anything if they have problme right?

App is not able to show my deliveries but continuously complains that the phone number I provided is not the same as the sender (store) gave them. I checked five times and the number is the same on both places. At the same time they are able to send text to my phone number without any problems. There is a bug in their app. It is useless until they fix it.

The app doesn't allow you to change delivery method (box versus home) until you have gotten all the way through the options on home. The app auto forces you into certain "stages" instead of letting me go through to the "home" of the package. No chat seems available in most parts of the app. The customer service guide video om their website is utterly useless. What an awful UI.
