AMAZING! The map gave us all the information which we needed and told us very accurate timings for the rides. The only downside is the live location is can be confusing at times. But overall very helpful!

Efteling have clearly invested well in this app. Handles everything well - live map with location, virtual queues, wait indicators, restaurant and theatre booking, live subtitles, even the virtual key for holiday homes and hotels. All just works well. Very impressive.

App isn't that stable. I had multiple times that I was logged out, and one time that it said that I was offline (even though I sure wasn't). Both times hindered myself from getting in my hotel room.

What’s new

Following the introduction of subtitles earlier this year, audio description is now also available. For The Six Servants, Little Red Riding Hood and Pinocchio, the Efteling app describes what can be seen, helping blind and partially sighted guests experience the fairytales more independently.
