Multiple issues even to get app connected, had go YouTube to get advice. In your phone settings > Apps > go to We-Vibe > go to Storage > clear cache. Unpair if prev paired in BT. Open app > turn device on > turn BT on > Pair. THIS worked & the settings stick. Music mode is great, have a new appreciation for songs with a strong bass 😉. Pity you can only play 1 song at a time instead of a playlist, app will only function if it's the active window, not in the background

When it works it's great fun, unfortunately it works less than 5% of the time. We have never been able to get the long distance play to work, it always shows one of us as being offline, even when we are both online and in the app. Partner control worked once when we first got the Sync go. App is slow to open and even on solo play the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping. Such a shame as the concept is great, but the execution is poor.

TERRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY!! THIS APP IS COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. Same issues as reviews saying connection to partner is impossible, 7 or 8 invites in, and they aren't receiving it, or it connects then says offline. We have gotten it to work for 10 mins max after literally 2 hours of trouble shooting. This app often does not load;we both uninstalled and reinstalled several times, rebooting phones. Total waste of time and effort and an absolute mood killer. Email into customer support, no reply!!
