When logging in, I always have to log in twice. The first time always times out. And I know this happens to 3 of my friends also. It's very annoying especially when you need to check something or transfer something on the go. Also please add the temporary see password option so errors are less. Great app otherwise! Thanks Edit: Logging in is an absolute Pain now. Nothing helps, cache clearing, reinstall. This app is terrible now .

For the millions of dollars RBL earns every year, a better app developer NEEDS to be hired. Frequent crashes, slow loading time, challenging to navigate... Just a few of the challenges. Quite frustrating for someone who does not want to go into the physical bank often.

Absolutely tiring, imagine taking 5 attempts to do a single transaction. It opens up then glitches and restarts for itself whereby I have to sign in again and still can access the features I wanted to initially..... Do better. Focus on functionality.... Not very iswr friendly
