This app takes too long to verify 2nd authentication method. It goes into time out everytime I attempt to log in and that is very frustration. waste of time. I thought it was my device so I bought a brand new unused Galaxy S26, went back to the bank. They did whatever, only God knows and told me donot attemot to ooen within an hour. I waited two hours. Today is like seven days and fifteen hours. I still get the same disappointing result. To make matters worse I have simce travelled so I cannot e

The app is good. I'm using the EC version. it has good security features like 2-step-authentication. I would have given it 5 stars if it had dual app installer support for those who hold multiple accounts in the Caribbean. Right now I can only use it for one account at a time.

The app worked well until 2025. Now it freezes, it crashes, repeatedly stops responding for about 10 seconds. Emailed the bank about these issues and was told it is my device.... I guess it is everyone's device. They couldn't even bother to look into it Some basic things cannot be done in the app like an international wire, got to go to the website... The point of the app is for convenience... I never realized how this app sucked until I experienced other bank apps
