The app is good. I'm using the EC version. it has good security features like 2-step-authentication. I would have given it 5 stars if it had dual app installer support for those who hold multiple accounts in the Caribbean. Right now I can only use it for one account at a time.

The app worked well until 2025. Now it freezes, it crashes, repeatedly stops responding for about 10 seconds. Emailed the bank about these issues and was told it is my device.... I guess it is everyone's device. They couldn't even bother to look into it Some basic things cannot be done in the app like an international wire, got to go to the website... The point of the app is for convenience... I never realized how this app sucked until I experienced other bank apps

Like others have mentioned, the latest update v1.6 is not stable and force closes or it's very laggy when it does work. Not all users are affected but for those who are, it's a pain. App is basically unusable. Have been looking for an apk of v1. 5 but no luck. ***Upadate*** for persons having issues with last update. Remove app permissions to access contacts. Doing this has resolved issue for me!!
