Very easy to use.. I also like the fact that you get verification codes to your mobile phone before any final transactions are completed.. I would like it if it's possible to lock the App as I have this feature on my credit card from another bank...

Pros: The app is new so I expect the bugs and crashes. It is better than what we had before the new features are great(once you can find them. Being able to transfer to any local bank and the receiver gets it within a day have have me hardly going to the ATM. Cons: the crashes have been going on too long an update to fix this should have been patched already. The dashboard needs to be more simpler as alot of the functions are hard to find unless you know how to navigate it.

All in all a favourable sign-up procedure, with one very large exception. Entering your birthday/date is excessively laborious, especially if you are not born in this century! It took in excess of 900 key presses on the back arrow to reach my year of birth. An option to simply enter the numbers into a predetermined format, like dd/mm/yyyy would be a real fingertip saver! Note to IT: There are plenty of examples of this already properly addressed on the internet. Do us geezers a big favour, fix!
