Ratings and reviews

Very laborious app, not user friendly and not what you would expect from a large commercial bank. It needs to be rethought.

Pros: The app is new so I expect the bugs and crashes. It is better than what we had before the new features are great(once you can find them. Being able to transfer to any local bank and the receiver gets it within a day have have me hardly going to the ATM. Cons: the crashes have been going on too long an update to fix this should have been patched already. The dashboard needs to be more simpler as alot of the functions are hard to find unless you know how to navigate it.

I cannot access any account information. Just gives basic homepage. utterly tiring
