Ratings and reviews

Most mobile applications make it much easier to conduct business, especially when on the go. But NOT this application...which has the sole purpose to frustrate the user as much as possible. Getting onto your OWN account is so difficult that you would literally uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times. OTP option is EXTREMELY vague (Tutorials are worse) and the Sync never synchronizes with your phone. Whoever developed this updated version really did not think this through.

App not user friendly. I dislike having to open another page to add a payee, and frequent logins/outs. Easily crashes with every update. Frequently locked out. Support is a joke. OTP and sync not reliant.I recently got locked out trying to add a payee once again, unlocked it for myself but was unable to access past OTP/sync Uninstalled and once again locked out awaiting assistance in 1 business day. After 3 business I have no biometrics and am restarting the cycle.

this is ridiculous now. instead of convenience its just further frustration and inconvenience. every time this app updates its an issue. biometrics don't work anymore, sync approval takes so damn long and second authentication doesn't work. atp if its working just leave it alone. DO NOT UPDATE
