Totally frustrating, over the last few months, this app has almost become useless. Logging in takes 30 to 40 seconds, and then it says 'error' or 'timeout' when trying to make a payment. The decision area will also display 'error' for any input. This app has become so frustrating that it's almost to the point of making me not want to bank with RBL. I hope someone in IT or app development got reprimanded for this total degeneration of a previously reasonable app.

I wished I could have given it a quarter star. After you enter your PW, it goes for the second method of authentication and it keeps spinning, until it says you have exceed your time and try again. This update is a total waste. I can no longer access my account. This is soo frustrating now.

Since the removal of logging in with my fingerprint it has really made something that would have taken a less than 5 seconds frustrating. I'm not receiving the verification code after entering my pw so now I have no online access to my account. Neither through the app nor the web version. What's the point of having the app at this point? The app was working fine before the update. Please fix it
