Most mobile applications make it much easier to conduct business, especially when on the go. But NOT this application...which has the sole purpose to frustrate the user as much as possible. Getting onto your OWN account is so difficult that you would literally uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times. OTP option is EXTREMELY vague (Tutorials are worse) and the Sync never synchronizes with your phone. Whoever developed this updated version really did not think this through.

Everytime I log in, it takes long and then says there's an error... So either to close the app or wait, so I press wait and magically it works... Trying to see my statements, well that's another scene... It tells me I have no pdf viewer, even though I have two (2) installed on my phone, now I have to log into my PC everytime I want to see my statement. Since inception of this (new) and "improved" app. update 21/05/2026. Now my app is crashing without any reason. i don't know anymore smh

Most times, I have problems accessing my account because the app is not working, and I can not transfer funds to accounts other than mine most times. I have to log in on the website. RBL is raising their fees. They need to work on making their app more reliable
