absolutely worst interface for a banking app. Menu not highlighted so unable to sign in. all updates done. it is better to visit the bank to have transactions completed but they tell you use online banking but their APP is dysfunctional. Unable to log in, I called the hotline 5 times in 2 days and no one could assist. on my last attempt I was informed tht I have to wait til 2Mar 26.I have Scotia, JMMB, it works great, timely udates and fixes. RBL inhouse services is great. The APP is HORRID

The app has gotten sickening to use, why must I always have to get a text message with a code to enter my online banking, before I could have use my finger print but now I can't enough though it's enabled on my phone. Very frustrating

Totally frustrating, over the last few months, this app has almost become useless. Logging in takes 30 to 40 seconds, and then it says 'error' or 'timeout' when trying to make a payment. The decision area will also display 'error' for any input. This app has become so frustrating that it's almost to the point of making me not want to bank with RBL. I hope someone in IT or app development got reprimanded for this total degeneration of a previously reasonable app.
