Final edit of my review: The app comes with some flaws. Doesn't matter how much spending limit you set, it will always block £100 from your account and releases the excess 2 days later only. Customer service doesn't respond, emails bouncing back. If that would be solved, I would give 5 star, but that for me is a big flaw.

Hi Peter, our Customer Care team has confirmed that they are not experiencing any issues with receiving emails. If you haven’t already, we suggest contacting us through the Help section in the Esso App.

Wasn't having any issues with the App until a couple of months ago, then suddenly I've been unable to use it for my last two fuel fill ups! Been unable to get any of the Nectar Card benefits associated with using the App which was the point of me having the App! Very frustrating! 😡 Constantly having problems with this APP NOW! If there was a rating LESS than 1 star I would choose it! Tried using the app again after NOT using it for over a year and the same rubbish keeps happening... NOTHING!😡

Have emailed them to report the app is extremely slowly always "loading..." whenever you select any menu option. Takes forever all the time and still not fixed after months!!! It's completely worthless and you don't get anything done. Reply from them to my email was nothing useful as everything stays exactly the same! No updates, Nothing! Don't bother with it!
