was good at first. but holiday pay is a big issue with this app. employer paid me, but the funds wasnt received to my bank account leaving with no money. customer service had no idea, and no one to talk to, to resolve the issue. leaving me out of money when I need it the most. charges are too high, and you can possibly lose money during transactions. still haven't received my holiday pay sent to wagestream. watch out for this app it no good

Works alright most of the time, but there are times when shifts/weeks will disappear. I did rate it lower for this reason but after their team investigated it was resolved, so I'll update my rating. The option to get through to the help chat screen could be a little clearer though, I had to ask around at work if anyone knew where it was, but otherwise a useful app for when you need it

almost never works, most of the time the app looks like it is loading but it only lets u check what discounts u can get, doesnt actually show how much u have earned or cant see the hours i have work. very frustrating. sadly it's my employer choice not mine to have this app. for me it is totally useless.
