Works alright most of the time, but there are times when shifts/weeks will disappear. I did rate it lower for this reason but after their team investigated it was resolved, so I'll update my rating. The option to get through to the help chat screen could be a little clearer though, I had to ask around at work if anyone knew where it was, but otherwise a useful app for when you need it

Hi there, I am sorry to hear that your shifts disappeared. We rely on employer data, therefore, shifts may vanish if 'un-finalised'. Please contact your employer to resolve this. However, please reach out to us via your Stream app (Hub > Help > Contact) if your issue has not been resolved and we would be happy to look into this further.

One of the best apps I've used for wages and work. I'm glad that my company uses it. It shows your daily earnings, shows you when your next payday is, you can take out money in advance if needed. I use the Savings tab also as the interest rate has been great so far and it gives you your interest daily/often unlike in my current bank account

when app was Wagestream, it worked fine, recording shift the next day, and recording monthly in the correct place. then it updated on the 19th of the month, resetting monthly tracking from 19th to 19th, even though I get paid end of the month. now however, it has gotten worse. it says my last shift was on the 19th December, despite me getting push notifications of shifts after that, and having those January shifts on the app, it back pedal and took them all away.
