Ratings and reviews

This app is horrible! Gofundme released it before it was even basically functional. When I try to sign up I have to tap each character multiple times because the app refuses to record the keyboard tap and when I finally am able to input my information the final sign up button won't advance the process at all. I repeatedly tap sign up and nothing happens! I can't sign up!!!

the app looks fantastic, interfacing is straightforward, stability is holding it back so much I'd rather just use the website as the app doesn't seem to want to stay connected for more than a minute, two tops. It's a shame because other than that quite frustrating flaw it's otherwise a great app that is straightforward and very easy to use.

the app seems to constantly have issues, to log in, even after you install or uninstall it, saying we encounter an error. contact customer service. I have to go in my web browser to log in. It's not user-friendly at times to navigate this process. but their customers' services representatives are very professional. they're pretty good and helpful when there's an issue through email responses after you go through the chat box prompt service.
