I chose not to use it because it wanted $8.99/month. However, now I get a statement that the amount is owed and it's going to be processing a payment for that amount in 1-3 days. The ad says that they don't do a credit check, but they know my credit score and since they had me connect my bank account, I now have to figure out how to stop the $8.99 payment. No way am I giving that much a month!

I am randomly getting charged by this company even after cancelling my account 6 months ago. I cannot access my account because I no longer have access to the phone number on the account and they are not answering my attempts to contact them to update the phone number. There's no person you can call to talk to, the AI chat bot on the website doesn't work and the "contact support" button doesnt work on the iPhone or Android app.

Signed up to help improve my credit score, and it has definitely helped. In about 2 months my score went up 14 points. Easy to sign up and use, the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is unless you have a certain spending limit, you don't get a physical card. Until you reach that spending limit, it's just a virtual card, which is fine, but a slight inconvenience since not everything is bought online. Aside from that, I have no complaints.
