Welcome to Fitness Future - Home Workout! Hey Squad, The fitness workout session is designed to help you to stay fit and healthy smart at home not in gym. Becoming and staying fit has been too much difficult, sometimes gym is not near home or office and if it is then untrained coaching issues, time issues, no gym buddy, lack of exercise machines and some of us doesn’t feel comfort while exercising in front of others and many more problems have to face. So we have developed a fitness buddy for you that will work as your workout buddy or gym partner - basically a gym trainer with whom you can easily have your exercise done and maintain your fitness in ease.

A number of exercises are explained with clear audio and visual all within the palm of your hand!
We understand personal trainers can be costly, but changing your workout routine is essential for keeping your body from growing accustomed to the same old exercises. If anything, adding some variety keeps things interesting and enjoyable - making it more likely that you will stick with the program. Use our easy-to-use exercise builder to create your own custom exercise routine, and then track how many calories you have burned.

Gym Fitness & Workout Trainer Session:
The gym workout session offline is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast. Gym workouts are harder and harder but still achievable, but the gym trainer will help you to build strength, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and increase your body flexibility. Each workout has a specific timetable to make your daily routine as effective as those with a healthy fitness level. You have a golden opportunity to shape the body. Fitness workout schedule depends on your goals and also fitness level. You fitness level will determine to the next level. You've the extra option to increase or decrease your gym training schedule & timing. But keep one thing in mind that punctuality you need for your healthy fitness.


Typical workout might look like:
First of all warm up is very important, to get the normal temperature.

Warm-up Exercise:
12 lunges (5 each leg).
12 push-ups and chin-ups.
6 minutes of jogging on the spot.
12 bodyweight squats for 30 seconds.

Workout Training:
4 sets of 12 reps of lunges (6 each leg).
4 sets of 12 reps of push-ups & chin-ups.
4 sets of 10 reps of dumbbell shoulder press exercise.
4 sets of 12 reps of bodyweight squats muscles worked
4 sets of 10 reps of dumbbell bicep curls muscles worked.
4 sets of 10 reps of dumbbell triceps kickbacks muscles worked.
Cool-down:

5 minutes of light jogging:
5 minutes of body stretching, focusing on the muscles worked during a gym workout. Modify your core exercise as needed. It is very important for beginner fitness level individuals to always stay fully hydrated and fuel their body with nutritious food to help build body.
